Massage has been used for thousands of years as a powerful form of healing, dating back to ancient Egypt, China and India, where touch was recognised not only for physical wellbeing, but for restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Today, in a world that moves faster than ever, the need for deep relaxation, healing and reconnection to the truth of who you are has never been more important and that stands for both these modalities.
With over 20 years of experience in the massage and coaching industry, including training and working within the luxury spa world, I believe that no two people are ever exactly the same, the techniques I have learnt will be adapted for you as an individual. Every body tells its own story, every individual has their own story. Your life so far has created who you have become and maybe you are here to finally upgrade out of what no longer serves you.
Stress, emotions, lifestyle and daily pressures all show up differently, which is why every treatment I offer is thoughtfully tailored to you and your individual needs.
As a Coach I work with the Mind, Body and Consciousness because all 3 need to align in order for you to Evolve in to your next level Identity, shifting out of the old habits and stories that no longer serve you and into the new.
